1. #mydapurflex contest (“Contest”) is organised by Nu Ideaktiv Sdn Bhd (“Organiser”). The contest is open to all Malaysian citizens with a valid MyKad, EXCEPT employees of Ideaktiv, Fonterra Malaysia Sdn Bhd and Dairylicious MY, their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation.
2. The Organiser reserves the right to exclude or disqualify Participants who do not fall within the category and/or who are in breach of this Terms and Conditions.
3. By entering the Contest, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions herein. 
4. This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other social networking platforms. You are providing your information to the Organiser and not to any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with the Privacy Policy in Schedule A below.  
5. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Organiser shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the Contest or any Prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and Organiser and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
6. Participants agree that Organiser is not responsible nor liable for any delay, injury or damage to the participant and or participant’s property resulting from the participation in this Contest. 
7. Organiser reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
8. Organiser will not be held liable and/or responsible for any failure to receive entries as well as entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.

Duration

1. This Contest will run from 1 Dec 2023 at “12:00:00 AM” to 31 Jan 2024 at “11:59:59PM” Malaysian time [“Contest Period”]. 
2. Ideaktiv reserves the right to amend the Contest Period at any time without giving prior notice. All entries received outside the Contest Period will be disqualified. 

Submission of Entries and Qualifying Criteria

• How to join:

1. 1. Share pictures or videos of your cooking actions and skills on Facebook and Instagram.
   2. Tag @majalahrasa @fonterra.my @DairyliciousMY. Do not forget to include the #mydapurflex hashtag.
   3. Tag three (3) of your friends. Make sure your account is set to public.

• Participants who submit the best entries will be shortlisted as winners.
• Entries must not previously be broadcasted and/or published or otherwise be used, exploited, distributed or dealt with via any other means, manner and mediums.
• The Organiser shall be entitled to request to sight the original Identification Document or the original supporting documents/materials for verification purposes.
• All entries must be received by the TIME and DATE specified below: 

1. 1. 31 Jan 2024 (submissions before 12:00:00 AM) (“Deadline”)
   2. Entries received before 1 Dec 2023 and after the stipulated Deadline, will be disqualified and ineligible for consideration for participation and/or prizes.

• Only one entry per person per contest will be accepted. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. 

Prizes

• The Prize structure are as follows:-
  • Champion : RM1,000
  • 2^nd Place : RM800
  • 3^rd Place: RM500
  • 4^th Place : RM250
  • 5^th Place : RM150

• Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Organiser reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value without prior notice. Any prizes not collected or claimed within three (3) months from the date of the announcement will be invalid and void.
• For prize redemption purposes, winners are required to provide valid MyKad and bank details to the Organiser. Organiser will not be held liable and responsible for any delayed delivery or omission due to the incomplete and/or defective information provided by the winners.
• All winners must abide by the terms and conditions of the contest organiser, parties arranging and/or providing for the prizes and the terms and conditions attached to the prizes (if any).
